As a UKCP-registered therapist, I provide a safe, compassionate, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.

In my therapeutic practice, I draw on a range of approaches, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and systemic techniques, tailoring the therapy to meet your unique needs.

Therapy is an active and collaborative process. In our sessions, we will work together to understand the factors that led you to seek support and to identify your goals for the future. For some, therapy is an opportunity to explore and transform the way they relate to themselves and others; for others, it may be a journey towards greater peace and acceptance. Once we have clarified your goals, we will move at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you.

It is common for the initial anxiety about seeking support to evolve into a sense of relief, as you find a safe space to process complex emotions, thoughts, and beliefs. Through this exploration, you may gain deeper understanding and insight, which can help reduce the overwhelming nature of these feelings. In this calmer, more balanced state of mind, the potential for meaningful change emerges—both in the way you relate to yourself and in your relationships with others.
